Get It Now

Worst rent to own place ever, the manager told my sister on the phone "We don't care about your other finances we only care about our money and your bill with us" Then told her they don't care she was in the hospital on 8/28/25 and that her money isn't good enough but they will still take it. Horroble treatment of customers!

Get it Now is VERY obnoxious to your contacts. I am NOT a customer, I am one of the customers contacts, my family member. You get flooded with calls if the customer is late on payments. They ask you to contact the customer to pay the bill. Same call over and over. My family member has missed or forgotten payments. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I have been NICE and relayed their msg to family member then asked NOT to be contacted anymore. They do NOT listen. More and more calls from Get it Now. Family member has screamed at them to stop, family member forgot another payment, more calls, you get it. So think twice before you put anyone down for your contacts, because they may not like you after this. Im glad MY Ashley couch is paid off!

I've been dealing with get it now for several years. Always been A+ to deal with. I've never had a problem 1. From customer service to the manager even with Tyler , been dealing with him since I've been going there.He's personable and respectful. I see alot complaining on here about management. They've been easy to deal with even when you've needed to stretch a payment out now and then. Yup guaranteed you miss a payment and ignore them they will call your references. Still ignore them they will show up at your. They will even mail you a letter about it. This is company policy , Not just this stores.

My boyfriend and I have many items we have bought from Get It Now. We have not had an issue with any of the staff members. There were a couple times that we couldn’t make the payment because life happens. We called and talked to Tyler and we were able to make other arrangements! Great job Tyler and other staff members! Keep up the great work!!

My experience at this location has been nothing but top notch, I have purchased multiple items and have been given exceptional service throughout the whole process. The delivery guys were on time and well dressed, made sure I was happy with the product and location they put it in. The sales team was friendly and informative, and the management team was not afraid to come and help when needed. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I just moved from Georgia to Wisconsin. I had been working with Sales Rep Tyler. He was very friendly, and very prompt on responses I did most of this from my phone and then all I had to do was go in and sign the contract quick easy and painless.
