I shop at Get It Now in Oak Creek for years !! and every visit has been a great experience. Jerry and his crew , Randy , jojo , are always respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s hard to find places that treat customers this well consistently, and they really stand out. I truly appreciate the way they do business and how they take care of people. Highly recommend this place 100%! Also if these guys do end up retiring, I think I’ll retire as well because of my other experience with the rest of the get it now in Wisconsin ( no cap)
Randy and his team are amazing. As a long-time customer, each member that I've encountered has provided fantastic service. I purchased a sofa bed and the payment plan was budget friendly. My sofa bed needed repairs and because I was within my warranty, Randy ordered me a replacement sofa bed. The delivery crew was efficient and very professional. They removed the old sofa and brought in the new one!
I've been a customer of get it now for many years. The oak Creek location has the best customer service that I've experienced. Jerry and his staff always go that extra step to make sure your taken care of. I always feel like I matter. You have a great team and this location.

I’ve been a customer for quite some time now. The staff has always been very courteous and efficient, as well as understanding.
