If you're okay paying 3x as much and getting hounded by people 5 times on a busy day during work hours for being a day late on a payment. Paying 1k each for ps5s that were the wrong bundle in the first place. Nothing like giving your 5 and 7 year old modern warfare 3 instead of the promised spiderman bundles. Glad these places are being passed out. Use one pay at Walmart, or amazon. Close these loan shark stores.
Extremely annoyed. Got a fridge from them and 3 weeks later it doesn't work. Call on Sat and was told I have to deal with it until the manager comes in on Monday. I call Monday after throwing a lot of food away and I don't get answers I asked. Will never go back to get it now. Lebakkens is better. I called again because I was told the manager was going to call me when he got in. He never called he told me when I called them at 1030 that we were to get a new fridge and they had 1 delivery ahead of me and then they would go get the fridge from the other store and that I would get a call "way before I left for work" I leave for work at 320pm and it's now 2 pm and the lady tells me to call back in a hour cuz the manager is in a conference. This is straight garbage. So that's 3 lies just today from this company
I called them today to make an EARLY payment.. and ask about buying something else. The person (SANDRA) who answered the phone. Picked it up asked me to hold. Then picked the phone up again. Took my payment then hung up. I called back, She answered the phone again. I asked to speak with someone, who would help me. Since she hung up. The tone in her voice was NOT professional at all. I asked to just speak to the manager. She stated “There is NO manager here”. So I told her ok. I’ll call a store that will help me. Then told her you can hang up again. And she did! I called the Janesville store and The assistant manager there. Was super Nice VERY professional and answered the question I had. She also apologized for the way the Beloit store spoke to me. I have purchased many Items from this store in Beloit, Living Room set, Bedroom set, washer and Dryer. I NEVER been treated or talked to like the way, Sandra spoke to me today.
Cpl years ago I bought a bed from them and I was picking it up. When I got there they didn't have it yet. So they had to deliver cuz I demanded. Now I bought a couch that was told to me that it would be selived today. Now its not gonna be till next week. Seriously considering cancwlling it. Not happy
