Feel like they flat out lied to me. In August we got a PlayStation 5 and was told it was going to be $820 same as cash (amount is not 100 percent accurate but used more as a representation). Fine, a bit more than I wanted BUT I understand the business model and what not. Ended up paying $950 and still don’t understand why I paid $130 more than what was said.

The store in Oceana is awful they treat their customers like trash. For example my payment was made on time May 8, 2024 for a little over $80, nine days later and even a couple times before they came to get my freezer after the payment was made. They’re trying to say it’s past due if that’s so then why didn’t it take more of a payment than $80. I gave the truck drivers another payment of $160 the day they came to get my freezer which was May 17, 2024 and the manager was still going to make them take my freezer regardless of another payment. The manger I’m just sure which one but she is so disrespectful and degrading she needs fired!

Rent-A-Center is a very reliable place to get appliances . In our new apartment we have everything we need , its so affordable especially with the sale going . EVERYTHING in this place is 29.99 a week ! I really enjoy it here . This will deffinetly be my go to store for appliances and furniture

I give them 1 star because my husband went into the store & was told our delivery date would be today. I called this morning to see what time that would be so we could prepare our livingroom. I was then told there isn't a delivery date. My husband told them we would "pick it up". I know he would never say this because we have absolutely no way of picking up a couch on our own. We have a Fiat & a Subaru. Don't think either of those would fit a couch set. We went ahead & rescheduled for yet another week. The payment went out of our banking account 2 days ago. Quick to get money, but not quick to do service to paying costumers. The way the employees lie straight to our face about what we know we haven't said & gave us bad attitudes as if it was our fault as if we're the ones lying. We have decided to take our business else where & requested for a full payment refund.
