Celia Gonzalez, the assistant store manager at the Old Courthouse Square location in Martinsburg, West Virginia, was EXCELLENT! She explained everything clearly and was super helpful. I literally hugged her and told her how sweet she is! She deserves to be recognized! 💗

They were great . We got a new living room set and traded it in with the RAC exchange and got it paid off quickly . Love our warm fuzzy comfortable couch . Customer service and delivery were awesome . Friendly associates and knowledgeable . Appreciate the manager who allowed us to rent after a default in payment we had over 10 years ago . Thanks for the second chance and quality products !!

They did an amazing job. They worked with me to get what was needed done. They even came back to check on everything. I truly recommend using this rent a center the employees there are amazing.

I have used Rent-A-Center to furnished my whole house. The employees have always been very professional and always very helpful. If I wanted something that they didn’t have on hand they would call another store or ordered it right away. If there was anything wrong with The furniture or appliances that I purchased they were very quick to make it right. The store is very clean and inviting. You don’t feel pressured into buying anything. Like you do when you walk into another furniture store. Thanks for giving great service every time I come to your store. You all are the best .
