Prices are to high and yes I know there are many options other than rent a center but many people don’t have all the options available for them doesn’t mean you have to charge them that much just my opinion and yes I have bought and paid off a lot of stuff

Bought a lot from here threw the years. Always treated me good. Just won't buy anymore TVs since there is no warranty at all for a cracked screen

Easy to find exactly what I was looking for, no hassle deliveries, great staff! Love that I can make payments instead of paying all up front! Huge selection and associate offered to other options online.
Easy to find exactly what I was looking for, no hassle deliveries, great staff! Love that I can make payments instead of paying all up front! Huge selection and associate offered to other options online.
At my initial drop off one of the workers dropped my dryer and continued to laugh about it. Not even 2 weeks later the dryer quits working. They did bring me a lonar one but it was too big to fit in my door without removing the door. As I told the workers I didn't want to have to remove a door to put a temporary dryer in my home the two of them bolted back to the truck and took off. Leaving me with no choice but to remove a door. Very ridiculous. Very rude. Do not recommend. Once I have my washer and dryer paid off I will NOT be getting another item here!

Very rude and not professional. Tip: even if customer has attitude and may or may not be wrong you DO NOT give them attitude back. You kill them with kindness and do what you can to make it a pleasant conversation and interaction.
