TERRIBLE SERVICE. Dryer has been out for almost two weeks. They gave us two dates that they would send someone out to look at it AFTER we already told them it was the heating element which, and LIED about those dates and never came out. Finally on the third date they sent someone out to tell us the problem was exactly what we had been telling them. Its now been 4 days since and it was supposed to be fixed or we were supposed to recieve a loaner. Neither have happened and now we have to wait till someone who might be able to do something for the loaner to get into office. Pitiful.

When Chris was store manager I would have gave a five an if I could I’d give 0.but Chris worked with his customers however But this new manager is rude and won’t work with anyone on there accounts yes it would be two days late but had no issues with making the late payment plus the following payment for the following week but my check was late nothing I could do if my job didn’t deposit my check on Friday however he was rude and said if I don’t make the payment he was coming to get I said fine an he did but I will be lodging an official complaint with corporate Monday . This is ridiculous have been with them for over 5 years never had an issue til today 8/22/25 have spent thousands of dollars of items furnished my new home with their items an it was ps5 an a portable ac they throw a fit over an the payment literally 115.00 so it is what it is .

I would give zero stars if I could! Absolutely horrible customer service from management. Very rude, condescending, and not willing to listen to customers. Chris, the manager, just wants to talk over you and argue instead of help you. I wish I would have asked around before going there because I have been told the same thing from numerous people.

I've never personally put anything in my name through them, but my household has and I don't think you should rent through this company in the first place. Interest rates go crazy when you miss a singular payment and I know not everyone can pay that and their regular bills when the item you rent gets jacked up beyond its normal price on the market. Which is sad when you consider they love send you used and dirty items 🤣 This company also loves sending men to your door that do not leave and like to try and look through all your windows. Said men love to interrogate kids that answer the door about things they definitely don't know in hopes of getting the parents or something. Most people would agree that these things should be left to the adults.

Chris at Hurricane Rent A Center is such a fine young man and one of the best not only salesman but also the best General Store Manager that Hurricane has EVER had!!! One of the friendliest people on earth and he NEVER changes. He is always the same. We can’t recommend him enough!!!
