RAY'S paid promotion to be an amazon hub is a terrible idea. RAC when contacted said to contact amazon to complain. Poor service not due to staffs lack of trying, they cant do their normal job due to RAC paying to be an amazon hub. "We're so busy with returns our own work is being neglected" from RAC staff member.
Unfriendly staff ! Don’t do Amazon mix with furniture store bad combo !!!
If you are going to be an Amazon Return Hub - You should probably be open earlier than NOON. That is just ridiculous and it wasted my time driving over there....NOT cool since you are now partnered with Amazon and are the no charge option in Yelm.
The people there were very nice and not pushy to buy stuff

These people actually called us and wanted us to pay for 10-12 hours!!! We gave over a week notice for pick up and they didn’t have time until Saturday payment due Friday. Tyler yelled at both of us, then hung up on my daughter! Skip the stress and delivery people that drop your machine on the way in the door!
All the employees are great.They just want to help And to get the products that you need the manager especially To go above and beyond To make sure that your needs are taken care of
