Customer reviews
Went through the whole process of renting online and over the phone. They told me I would have my items delivered in one to three days and they would reach out in 24hrs with a delivery time. Waited 48 hours, no one reached out. When I finally did they told me they didn’t know I did everything over the phone including signing the docusign that was sent to my email. Then told me I needed to go through the entire process again. I had to keep reaching out to see where we were in the process. Communication is terrible here. I finally told them to cancel my items, I’ll go elsewhere. No effort to make it right they just said “ok we’re cancelling”. Definitely don’t recommend. We are new to the area, just moved into a new house and did everything we were supposed to on our side to get it furnished how we wanted it. Customer service is absolutely terrible and looking at the other reviews of this branch, it’s an ongoing issue here. Don’t waste your time people.
Great people, great selection and if the do not have something you want they try whatever then can to get you want you want. Also for someone that can't pay full price out the door for something this is probably the best option. Especially if you look at something that was pre leased the you might get it for less then msrp like I have on a couple items.
Can't even get them to answer me so ill be returning all my product not just 2 things

The store manger was very rude and unprofessional she wanted to argue back and fourth with me no customer service skills she was no pleasant this isn’t the first time she has been rude !! I will never work with her or talk to her she shouldn’t be a store manager.
