Solid place to visit. Stopped in for a gaming PC, paid and left. Had the PC delivered to my door less than 3 hours later. (Delivery was only due to me being a first time customer, otherwise you can pick it up and go) Definitely recommend.

The worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend renting from them. The manager is so rude and does not hold her employees accountable for poor customer service. I can see why the employees are awful if she’s their manager.

These guys delivered a couch to my rental house and caused expensive damages to the structure. First they will refuse to acknowledge the damage liability. Later, they will push their claim to what we will suggest is the most poorly rated "claims processing company" in the entire country - their adjuster is not licensed to practice in the State of Washington. Months will go by with daily phone calls to multiple stores to try and get progress. Perhaps District manager Jonatan Mora works from home and does not want to be bothered by problems. Heck of a way to conduct business when their crew damages property, especially when the property is not their customer! Update: Jonatan Mora give me a call! Let's chat!
