Everyone in the store were professional and extremely eager to help with all questions . Unfortunately the refrigerator we purchased would not finically fit through the door openings of our house . The 2 delivery guys went out of their way and did everything they could and exhausted all options including removing the doors and were very polite and apologetic for the situation even though it was my fault for not verifying ahead of time .

I walked in into the store hoping to recognize someone from when I use to work there, and I got zero welcome, zero acknowledgement, like I didn't even exist, when I ask for the manager , the response I have was like , she is in the restroom, haha, whatever happened to take care of the customer! Really bad experience!

I have to say this store has been nothing but a headache to deal with. I’ve spoken with the manager three different times and each time I was told something different—which ended up being untrue. The furniture I purchased, which I am already 70% paid off, has completely fallen apart. The headrests don’t stay on, the lining is coming out, and the recliner doesn’t even work. When I brought this up, the manager admitted that these couches were known to have these issues, then turned around and called it “normal wear and tear.” That makes no sense. I asked simply to have my couches fixed or replaced, especially since they admitted the couches were no good. I even offered to pay extra for a new set, but nothing has been done. I’ve been fighting this for a while now. One worker even suggested I contact corporate because she has left numerous notes for the manager and still no action was taken. The only person who has shown me any real help has been Jasmine in billing—she has been great. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been terrible. Bad business. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go elsewhere.

Newly renovated store with a newer manager that will take care of you. Great staff overall. A bunch of new furniture as well. Come check it out.
