Employees should focus on doing there job and removing the payment that I DONT NEED TO PAY BECAUSE I GAVE YOU THE PRODUCT OVER A WEEK AGO, but instead they are focused on calling my wife every single day and calling her sweetie to patronize her. Do your job and learn manors.

I started rented in September. They were having a %50 off deal. They stood me up twice on my delivery and forgot the placements on my couch. NEVER GOT THEM. I got a bed set set a table and couch for 1450, paying 100 a week for a 6th month program. I was also told I’d have a month off because i didn’t get my furniture until 3 weeks later. Then i get a call in November offering more items saying i would get the first months free for a “trial”. They have been over charging for the new items. 400 a month for 6 months is 2,400 not 1,850. And now they are harassing me for money. Back to the couch, My friend hurt her self sitting on it and went backwards flipped over and hurt her knee. That could have been my child. They have been robbing me. They are telling me i still owe on the bed. That’s NON SINCE I’ve paid them 3,200 in 8 months! HIGH WAY ROBBERY. I WILL GET A LAWYER INVOLVED AND DO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I got all the names involved.

** UPDATE ** As you can see the supposed owner replied to contact them at an 800 number. They of course, can't help, only the store. So they were going to have the district representative call me within 48 hours. I guess that means when they decide to call. Purchased a couch and chair on March 5th, I never received the chair. I asked for the couch to be picked up due to some financial issues on my end. When I asked for a credit since I never got the chair I got all this "well you knew the chair was going to be late, therefore you can't get any credit". Guess I learned the hard way, but you don't have to.

Each of them went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service! They were very product knowledgeable. What pleased me most was there willingness to get me the best deal so that I did not have to pay the extra fees and cost. Explaining the Same As Cash versus the full financial lease was extremely helpful and made the purchase all the better!
