Don’t rent from here, just a scam or at least it seems like it. My wife and I rented a couch, paid initial charge of $100ish something to get everything started they said. Called said I may not be able to make my payment as I just moved and spent $5750 just to move in, they said they could postpone the payment and said they would call me. They never called me showed up took the couch and then took my money because of auto-pay. Called to get my refund they said they would and apologized, however since then they are now saying they cannot remove the couch from my account until I get my refund and that all they are waiting on. Seems like something fishy going on cause this would be the Second time something like this has happened. Will not be going back a third time, all the items are overpriced anyways. But I will be filing an FTC report so I can get my money back and inform them that they should investigate all accounts.

Had good deals but they have lacking rent to own rules. Today, everything is electronic and my hubby's pay that's direct deposited and his pay info is electronic online through his work site. They refused to accept a copy 9f his pay emailed stating it has to be "actual" stub. The digital stub is his actual stub. This is the world we now live in, unfortunately they're falling behind. Maybe next time RAC...
