Truly amazing people that make you feel like family! Well Ray your definitely apart of our family. I ordered bunk beds and forgot somehow about the mattresses. I called (like end of the day) and ray was able to find me the 3 mattresses I needed and have them delivered the next day for me! When I ordered one mattress the wrong size ray said no problem and was able to order the correct one! If you need any furniture for your home go see Ray. I live in Olympia and will always go through her at the Centralia location! Hands down she's is amazing 👏 🤩 🙌

my Son bought a Switch on payments from the Centralia, Wa. store. I was amazed at the Excellent personal attention and help He received! I told my Son to go back to Buddies to buy a Playstation 5 next. You folks run your business very well!

I can't say enough great things about Ray, the manager at Buddies Home Furnishing—she is an absolute gem! Ray’s positive energy, professionalism, and passion for helping people completely transformed my shopping experience. She made everything so easy and fun! Ray has an incredible eye for style and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. If they don't have a particular item in store she will search other locations until she finds exactly what your looking for (: She didn’t just try to sell me furniture—she helped me find pieces that matched my space, lifestyle, and personality. It honestly felt like I had a personal interior designer guiding me the whole way! What I loved most is how genuine and down-to-earth she is. She answered every question with patience, offered amazing suggestions, and followed up to make sure everything arrived smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you’re thinking about furnishing your home, run, don’t walk, to Buddies and ask for Ray! She’s the reason I’ll be coming back for all my future furniture needs. Hands-down the best customer service experience I’ve had
