I never, ever leave reviews because I’ve worked in customer service and I try to be patient and understanding. However, I had fallen behind on payments because of some personal issues, spoke with the new manager about lowering the payment amount, she was supposed to call back and never did. Called the store again, they said she was out sick and they wanted 2 months of payments just to lower the amount. On top of that, they call every other day (I got 5 calls just within this last week). I even got a call at 9 am before the store even opened and I just spoke with an associate the afternoon prior that I’d give a call back the next day during business hours. The time between the 2 phone calls was 18 hours…. That’s extremely excessive. I know I owe, but being called every other day, after I have went into FULL detail about my financial hardships and them offering to lower the payment after I pay for 2 months, is crazy work. I highly recommend not renting from this location.

Absolutely horrible company. Made it pretty much impossible during the transition to make a payment. Causing numerous clients to get behind because they had no source of contacting anybody to make payments for months. Have the audacity To call customers about payments that are due at 9 o’clock at night. Absolutely disgusting management disrespectful. Do not take notes when Contacted about making payments. Horrible, horrible company.

This place is amazing they were so nice. And patient with me and my two kids who were in. They really do work with you! They care about the people who come in and it truly shows

They're very good people there. They're very helpful the manager Brie And the general manager are the best and they will do good by you. I would give them a 100 stars if I could and i am a lifetime customer there and I would never go anywhere else. They treat you like family. They did an amazing job helping us out today and giving us an amazing deal. Great jobs Aaron's in Chehalis washington

Love these guys! We've been long term customers for several items. Their service is exemplary and they were willing to work with us when times got rough. We've never had a complaint about anything and when a shelf in our fridge that we purchased through Aaron's broke, they were able to replace it very promptly!
