BRIAN IS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. HE TRIES EVERYWAY HE CAN TO WORK WITH YOU IN SITUATIONS THAT SOMETIMES ARISES IN LIFE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. SUCH FRIENDLY PEOPLE AND EAGER TO HELP THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT.

I absolutely love this location! I have been a customer since 2020. The employees there are nice and gracious! Every problem is solved in a timely manner! I had an issue with my all in one and was picked up and two days later delivered back. The fellas who picked it up and dropped it off are absolutely amazing and professional. Calvin and his team are hands down amazing and will continue to do business with this store because of them and previous employees!!

So my dryer broke and I needed to rent one for 1 month until I moved where there would be a dryer so I wouldnt need it anymore. So I got this package protection plan or something similar and it was 6 bucks and some change! Rent a center came and picked up the dryer end of story or so I thought. I looked on my bany statement and learned that they had been taking out the 6 dollars every month after they picked it up. Why wouldnt whatever plan you have on this equipment stop the moment that they came to pick it up! Why would I need or want to continue paying for a package for equipment I dont have. So when I call the lady tells me that its on me to specifically cancel the package for the equipment that i had and no longer have and then when i told her that i wanted all the illegitimate payments refunded she proceeded to try to throw shade on me for not catching it sooner. Then after all of the insanity she calls the store and them manager is not there so she said they could refund todays payment but the manager would have to call me back to discuss the other illegitimate payments! Unacceptable on every level i would never tell anyone to rent anything from this place it is full of incompetent people with the exception of the delivery guys they were awesome! Also this is in St Augustine Fl so im sure they have competent somewhere just not there! The 3rd party customer service remote worker really suck too!

I'm thankful that I was pre-approved by Rent-A-Center. I got a washer and dryer bundle. Its pre-owned and in good condition also. I'm really glad that my application went smoothly along with my delivery. The two gentlemen that delivered my items was careful and made sure we were all set before leaving. We are just really excited to receive our appliance. We couldn't thank ya enough. Thank you again!
