Loving my reclining couch n loveseat I just got from them a few days ago . I also have a new washer I got from them a while back they are awesome n never have an issues with them

They are wonderful people here. They are so much nicer than rent a center , and they're prices are way much better and more reasonable. These guys are gonna have my business for a very long time

Good friendly people. Clean store. They are very helpful when your looking for something. They are not pushy. They do need to do better when they are explaining your payment plan. I was told I would pay $130.00 per month but when I went to pay my payment it was more than I was originally informed. Im not happy about that and am thinking about just returning my stuff and going somewhere else. Telling me one price when I get it and charging something different when my payment comes due is not good business practices. A business is only as good as there word.

They were very polite made me feel very welcome. Help me get the speaker that I was wanting and they had it there at the store waiting on me and they're still having patience for me to pay for the speaker I was having troubles with my debit card at the time but they understood and they patiently for me to get that straightened out. You have some very good workers at that store in wytheville Virginia like I said they're very polite and understanding and they made me feel welcome to where I would want to buy some more stuff from that store. And the prices are great for rent to own furniture electronics whatever you need they have it I give them two thumbs up for customer support for politeness for understanding any situations. You need to give those employees a raise I would if they were my employees. Y'all have a good day

This is the first time I have ever dealt with a Rental Center, Rent to own since Rent A Center many yrs ago..But I found a Couch that I just absolutely fell in love with and met one of the nicest Salesmen I ve ever met on the South Roan St. Location.He gave me his business Card Mr.Jason Anderson..I m sure all of the people that work at E-Z Rental are just Wonderful I Know this Man was just extremely nice, kind and helpful to me..And he told me when I get it paid down to like a 1000 I can walk in there and hand him 500 and it pays it off..This made my day..I would give this Place 10 Stars if the option were 10 Stars.I give this location and Mr.Anderson 10 Stars Plus..Thank You Sincerely Mr.Anderson for having my couch delivered on the exact day and time as promised..I Absolutely Love my Couch..Anyone needing anything please Go See Mr Jason Anderson, if they don t have it at his location he will get it for you from another location. And you ll never do business with a Nicer Man than Mr.Jason Anderson. 🙏
