We have made two large transactions at this place of business and the experiences have been absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly, compassionate, patient, and honest. Particularly, there is a salesperson there by the name of Billie and she is the best customer service representative I have ever seen. She has an advanced knowledge of the furniture and she did everything she could to make sure we got exactly what we needed from the store. Additionally, my wife and I were expecting our fourth child when we were doing business with Badcock. Well, after we had our child, she sent a card from the store, congratulating us on the arrival of our new addition and letting us know she had been thinking about us. In a day where the customer does not seem to be valued as a person with a heart and soul, this was one of the most refreshing tokens of consideration and kindness I have seen. So, not only was the customer service amazing here, the quality of the furniture is top notch, and, it is listed at an affordable price. Moreover, I would recommend the home delivery service when you purchase the furniture for only $100 extra. The guys who came over were some of the kindest people I have ever dealt with at my home, professionally. They took extraordinary care to make sure everything was set up to our liking and they even came back out when I had a question. I literally have nothing bad to say about this business or my experience. I highly recommend this furniture store to you as it is so rare to encounter this kind of quality service and products in this day and age. Added note, December 2023: the furniture we purchased here is not very durable and we have only had it 3 years...So, while the customer service was great, you may want to look elsewhere for quality furniture. Also, the protection plans are virtually useless as you have to jump through a bunch of hoops and nobody follows up with the customers.

Sarah Smith called me and reminded me I had a store credit that was about to expire. I came in and she toured me around the store for definite future livingroom set purchase and then we stumbled upon some awesome last minute Christmas gifts!!! Nice gentleman loaded my 2 new gaming chairs in the car and away I went as 1 extremely satisfied returning customer!😁

This was the first time we had been in this store and Heather the sales associate was amazing. She let us try out different beds and made sure that we was happy with our purchase. Me and my husband have been wanting to get an adjustable bed for some time now and having Heather as a sales associate she answered any questions we had and made us feel very confident with the purchase. The only issue me and my husband had was we have to wait till towards the end of April to get our bed but we understand with the Covid and everything going on the times can take longer.

I got a living room and dining room set from this location in December 2018. Breanna was very kind and helped me pick out just what I wanted. Even with the bad weather delaying the delivery, they made sure I got the furniture in time for Christmas. There was a problem with my table and Kevin the manager even came out to look at it, and said he would order me another one. I just got my new table this evening. The delivery guys were awesome, very kind and professional. I have also spoke to Dawn and Jason such great people. I would recommend this store location for anyone wanting quality furniture from quality people.

Our first experience in the store was not great...the associate was rude and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. I had no intentions of buying anything the second time we went in, I just wanted to compare prices. We were lucky enough to receive excellent customer service from Jason and ended up buying more than we anticipated. I even received a thank you card in the mail from him wishing us a Merry Christmas! The furniture we got is of excellent quality and the guys who delivered it were just as nice.
