If I am late on payments but I pay my payments plus late fees very single time who gets those late fees ? They’re makin A LOT of $$ off those late fees and Paul gets an attitude and is rude to me every single time I speak with him he won’t let me speak to anyone else cuz he’s the “manager” he tries to MAKE me pay a week ahead cuz he’s tired of me being late. When I agreed to buy my items I wanted a once a month payment. They’re said ok you can come sign ur name and go back to work and lo and behold it went down to 1week payment plan. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ONE IN WISE TO BIG STONE!!!

I have been with rent a center for quite sometime. They do go above and beyond to help get you the best deals and what you need. Expect when they try to push you to buy tools or ECT. After saying No Paul will do paperwork for you, saying if you change your mind in a week to let them know! I'm not trying to go into debt on something I don't need! Treat your customers better especially the ones that actually pay their bills! Stop pushing nonsense items at them! Very disappointed with today experience.

. Very informative....I def recommend over other rental services. From my experience. Rent a center has always been fair. Even when it's tough to make a payment.rent a center will not just show up at ya house demanding back there Merch. Without offering other payment options.. ect highly recommended

Love the people who work here except the young boy with big earrings he's put an extra 10 dollar charge on my deal without me knowing if I hadn't had the app I'd never known. Everyone else was trying to sell me anything but they were super friendly. Anyone that doesn't deal alot with them don't know how rude or nice they can be just wanted to let everyone know be aware of your plans and how many payments it'll take to be yours. Overall I love the convenience of it all hope to have the pleasure of doing business in the future.

Amber and Paul always go above and beyond when selling me things I don't need 🤣 from a brand new living room suit to a fancy queen size bed with a cup holder, speakers, and LED lights (like what? who needs that?) they always work me the best deals and I'm never disappointed! RAC Wise will forever have my business! you guys are awesome, thank you!
