My experience for a simple Amazon return was horrendous. I never had a return done here before and was immediately met with just follow the signs when I was barely through the doors. I walked back to the desk and the gentleman sitting at the desk before j could say hello said I’ll be with you in 10 minutes, no explanation. I sat here in silence while he was what seemed like on a call waiting to have a qr code scanned to make a simple return. This is beyond rude, it wasn’t until after i say here i was informed there were technical issues. I would understand this completely if it was communicated. I would honestly never walk back into a rent a center after this.
Was continuously told to call back, then told to call back a couple days before we come to the resort. Fast forward to today (thursday), we leave on Saturday, we were told there was no availability to deliver. Never again!!
Plus benefits are a scam. When I needed them most they were no help and gave me the run around. We will see if I get refunded every penny I paid for those benefits. This was the worst experience. Why would you offer benefits that can’t even be used?! SCAM

Alexia the assistant manger and whoever the guy is that drives a truck is so rude and unprofessional! The guy came down our street and sat in front of our house while my kids were playing in our cal-de-sac caring our children. When I went to go talk to him he refused to roll his window down and talk to me, saying he could not roll his window down. He also refused to move so our kids could play. I highly recommend to stay away-far away from this place!!
If i could rate this place zero stars I would! Alexia Is beyond rude and has absolutely no respect when it comes to the customers. She will say anything out of her mouth! They destroy your property and don’t fix it, lie about any and everything and overall a horrible company to deal with. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Cheyenne has been very delicate to helping me in the process and understanding my order. Customer service was immaculate. Great communication and understanding skills I would highly recommend if you’ve never done this before. Definitely go here.

The staff is really great an polite all except. The employee Alexa she's. Rude. ,Agressive. An really gives the store. Bad reviews. She came by my house and I wasn't home., my neighbor said she was banging on my door so hard. An yelling my name. He came from his back yard where he was working because he thought it was the police an saw her for about 10 min banging an banging on my door , I wont be even going into store again to look at more merchandise because of her aggressive RUDE ---
