This has to be the rudest location I’ve ever dealt with. Whether a customer is late or not it does not give you a right to be rude and nasty. Ans you phone calls are recorded. A customer missing one payment does not give you a right to tell me what to do far as my money because you feel you have a MANAGER position and IM HIS WORDS “don’t wanna deal with it. And I go above and beyond so I will go far as contacting corporate for how nasty they employees is. And they wonder why the losing customers and they are going to rent a center and schwels and I know that because there is a big FACEBOOK POST ABPUT THIS Location ALREADY DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVIce!!!
Worse place in the world the mangers are horrible nasty attitude and customer service skills are so bad no type of communication only when your card decline maybe I should Let mines for a couple weeks like I’m paying yal all this money for the worse possible customer service I ever experienced why work there if you not a people person or fake nice I would tell anybody stay away from this store please just buy your things straight out

I was making my payment, but When they couldn't Withdrawal Money from my Card...They Call Me talking about Your Card was Declined, and if you don't make a Payment today, You'll have to Pay the Full Monthly Price... I told them, When Money was on My Card, I made My Payments before the Payment Date and Y'all acting Like I'm a Month or Two behind on My Payments... So if you set a date to Make Payments and You Pay Ahead of Time, they don't call, but if you don't pay and your Card Decline, they go Calling Your Phone and Telling You that You Missed Your Payment Date and How Soon can You Add Money on Your Card to Make a Payment Today... UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE PEOPLE...

Everyone (except Jay) that works in this store is terrible! Only shining light about this store is the employee named Jay! He is the only employee (manager included) that has great customer service! Honestly Jay is too good for this store! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you are dealing with Jay. I’d only give 1 star if he didn’t work there.
