Awesome staff!!! Always willing to go that extra mile! Have used them more than 4 times in the last 18 months. Every time a great experience!! Also make payments easy! Text message reminders and can even respond to the text message or even make a payment thru text. These guys are the best! They have my loyalty!

Been a customer for few years now have purchased a few things always paid and completed our purchases yet new management is rude to my wife and refused to give our certificate of ownership for the living room suite we paid for and own. Why tell someone you will mail one and when you don't and it never shows up, refuse to give us one and go out of your way to set in your chair being lazy not answering phone calls smarting off to a valued customer just because your a manager doesn't give you the right.. we will no longer come back to the Richlands store for business. There app to pay online has been down for a while and no attempt to even fix it. There to rude to call or deal with in person.

All the guys here know what they’re doing. They’re quick and are fantastic at making good deals within your budget. Dakota specifically has helped me with quite a bit in my loooooong process of redoing my entire home. Definitely recommend to people I know looking for new furniture and appliances.

They had us believing they was going to help us!? Then cause we didn't know but one relationship They told us go somewhere else 😡 I even brought a reference from Missouri where I used to pay national for all my stuff!

im not trying to be unfaithful but your managers are great .some of your production workers get a a plus also .you guys are terriffic you go the extra mile for your customers with a high salute to your store some people in the community run rumors that are unreal about others who have that thing theirselves around the area your richlands store you can find me on the website daniel allen everett hollywood walk of fame people daniel allen everett hollywood pictures people like to use a drone and i get no respect from the hired telecommunications be aware who you all rent a drone too
