Customer reviews
My experience with the Ulrich team was amazing. Erica was great with helping me design and fit my shed, it's perfect! Donavan was awesome with the delivery and set-up of my shed...he also gave me some very useful advice with my electrical installation. My electrician tried to up sale me on the job, and Donavan gave me the best more reasonable solution...thanks again!
Erica was amazing! Super nice and personable. I was able to buy a shed off the lot which I got a great deal on. Also the gentleman who delivered the shed was great! Honestly overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.
From the very beginning, my interaction with Brady was incredibly refreshing. The patience he showed while answering my many questions was truly appreciated. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to work with him while ordering my shed. Now just waiting for installation, and I still can’t believe the shed will be built on-site with only a 6-week lead time — unbelievable! Brady, thank you for the phenomenal customer service shown to this U.S. Veteran. I would absolutely recommend Ulrich Sheds to anyone in the market for a shed. I’ll definitely follow up with pictures once everything is installed! ***Update*** OMG... it just keeps getting better! My shed was built on-site today, and Arthur and Cody were an incredible team. They were professional, punctual, hardworking, and patient from start to finish. It was a hot day here in Virginia, but they stayed focused and never let the heat affect the quality of their work. Twelve hours later, the installation was complete, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. If you're planning an on-site build with Ulrich Sheds, I highly recommend requesting Arthur and Cody—you won't be disappointed! A huge thank you to the entire Ulrich team for making this project such an easy and enjoyable experience. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end!
I had a specific design in mind for a shed that would allow me as a photographer to shoot and be completely aesthetically appealing. I spoke with a lot of different companies that could not give me what I was looking for until I talked with Ulrich. They listened to every Idea I had and helped me create exactly what I was looking for! Although I’m set now if I ever need a structure in the future or hear of anyone that does, I will definitely send them to Ulrich!
Working with Lynne from Ulrich was a real pleasure. She expertly walked us through the entire design and purchase of our shed. She worked tirelessly to ensure that we understood everything and the next steps. The shed was expertly built on our property and we are extremely happy with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Ulrich to anyone looking for outdoor structures. George and Sarah
We had an excellent experience from start to finish! The entire team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Our shed was delivered right on schedule and exactly as we needed—no detail overlooked. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and the delivery crew was efficient and respectful of our property. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shed done right!
My Wife & I could not have asked for anything better. We purchased our first 8x12 turquoise shed back in June of 2023 for use at our seasonal campground. The team at Ulrich helped us build a virtual model of what we wanted, had it built in about a month . They then delivered it to our specified location, moved it to its final location, leveled it & sealed it to ensure their would be no leaks. This was an above and beyond experience!!! So when we needed another shed for a new property, we couldn't think of going with anyone else. And just as before, they did not disappoint!!! This install was much more difficult, requiring a 12'x20' shed to be strategically transported ~1200 ft off the road to our desired location, but our delivery team (Donovan & Chad) were able to overcome the difficulties & drop it perfectly into place!!! If we ever need another shed, we'll definitely be going back to Ulrich!!!
