Brookstone Buildings really impressed me. Jessie Proffit took my idea of a garage and made it happen. He responded in a timely manor and exhibited the communication skills that I was looking for. He simply lived up to his word with me and created a schedule that I could count on! Along the way he was super helpful with question upon question that I had for him. I asked everything from permitting, blueprints, to slab requirements. This experience has so impressed me that I have referred multiple people back to Jessie. You are in great hands with these folks. Their construction crew was great and they can be trusted. No worries around my wife and kids and did exactly as they told me they would do. They cleaned the site up well and left me the scrap metal as I requested. Thank You Brookstone!!

We ordered a VERY large play structure for our childcare with Tina. She was wonderful. Both people at Brookstone Buildings are professional and knowledgeable. They bend over backwards to work with you and make sure you get the structure you need and it is done right!

The crew at Brookstone Building were great!! I received my new shed fully painted and customized to my needs in 3 weeks. They were able to place the shed in a tough spot for me as well. I really appreciated the follow up call and customer service. Furthermore, their prices are far more competitive than the other competition in the area. Thanks guys! If I needed 2 sheds I would come back for another!!

One of the best customer service experiences we have had! We have been considering purchasing a shed for a few months and stopped by Brookstone Buildings one morning. We were immediately greeted by Jessie and the young lady that took care of our paperwork. Both were very professional and personable. We told them what we were looking for and our price range. They were able to get us a shed that was twice as big as what we were originally looking at for the same price! The paperwork was simple and quick. We were there for less than 45 minutes and had our shed the next day. Josh delivered our shed - it was placed in the back yard which required driving through our front yard and through a tight space between our house and a fence. He did an amazing job and caused no damage to our property or the shed. We really could not have asked for a better experience! If you are considering getting a shed - do your self a favor and go see Jessie!
