What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

This location is awful. If you’re gonna get from Aaron’s, please go to the Danville location. They’re nicer and communicate way better. I recently lost my job unexpectedly and explained that to the employee that called and instead of being met with solutions that could help me or empathy, I was met with a rude tone and a could careless attitude. The employee stated that he would “work with me” and his idea of working with me was intimidating me and making it seem like if I did not make the current payment that I would not have my items any longer. Mind you this was my first missed payment. Plus they harass you multiple times of day. This furniture isn’t even quality enough for yall to be harassing people. Go to the Danville location or go to rent a center. This place is trash.
So these people call and harass you about your payment when it’s not even past due yet. Like they were actually complaining about the time of day I was making the payment on the due date! They must be bored and have nothing to do. Why don’t they go call someone who is actually late on their payment like days or weeks past due. Wow I won’t be shopping here again. Bad business practices.
Wasn't polite made my brother not wanna do business with Aaron's just seems like would want people to lease stuff but instead wanted us out the store a worker named chad just gave a judgeing look when my brother probably makes 3 times the salary of a aarons employee
It started off being a good business deal then I asked for an extension till my pay period. I guess just cause she so big in power with the financial part tell me they done worked with me all they could. Late 2 times on a payment I've paid for almost a year. Good payment history. Yea they got some nerve thinking they high and powerful with them Stinking attitudes but I say shove that merchandise where you think your power is. I've paid off (2) 75 inch tvs and a dryer from Collinsville store. I'm a Great customer. Let Collinsville store teach yall how to act. Haha yall are Funny tho.
I have never had any problems with Aarrons. They have always been good to us and will to Do the best they can to satisfy our needs. Thank you so much.
