Went in wasn’t greeted I had to speak first and even then,The guy at the cash register didn’t even open his mouth.The guy he was working with spoke after I spoke…I was just looking but after how poor the customer service was I’m having second thought.The young lady that came out was very helpful and greeted us with a smile!!

The rent a center team in Franklin, VA is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. The store manager takes time to find anything I'm looking for even if she has to get it from another store. She's great.

I’ve been dealing with Rent a Center for years however now since it’s under a new manager I don’t think I will get anything from them again she is very rude act like she had an attitude I got a tv n it was one more payment due to be paid off my tv stopped working I let her know now since the tv has been paid off I’m getting the run around about what suppose to happen she said I can’t get anything else on my acct well wat about my tv that don’t work NEW MANAGER PLZ
