Definitely wouldn’t rent from this location again simply because of there employee name Craig, he is heartless, and doesn’t show any compassion or understanding, with that being said Eli is awesome and goes above and beyond to help his customers, Amanda I believe is her she’s pretty cool too.

I moved here from Arkansas back in April moved into our first place in June and got some furniture from Norfolk Aaron's and janaf biggest mistake I ever made the manager there and most of the staff was just rude and sensitive and condescending, thankfully after paying off my furniture early after one payment I discovered the location on military highway in Chesapeake. And my favorite salesman Eli.. he went above and beyond to help me and then when it came to a point where I no longer needed The items that I was in the process of purchasing I was easily able to switch for exactly what I needed with the help of Cameron. I was super excited to receive my sectional... Unfortunately it did not happen as anticipated, but not giving up I called got my favorite person Eli came in today and Eli and Cameron went above and beyond and quite easily delivered the last part of my three-piece sectional... Eli you are above and beyond Aaron's will lose a great asset if they ever let you leave... Cameron keep it at learn from Eli Thank you again for everything you've done I am very much enjoying my sectional and still have two days off to keep enjoying it before I have to go back to work after moving....!!!!!

I love this place I don't go to no where else to get furniture or anything been buying from them since 2015 never had a problem and the sale people are very helpful and kind been with them for so long when they see my number they be like hi Ms.Day highly recommend coming to this one

I've dealt with Aaron's for a very long time and I've always had a great experience everytime I've dealt with them.The manager Dianna is great has always treated me with the utmost respect and their sales manager that they had in their that helped me was very pleasant and helpful and they are always calling to see if there is anything that they can get for you they are the best in a rental store

I will never shop from this location again. I was supposed to have my stuff delivered today yeah I understand nobody expected it to snow & you can't put drivers on the road for their safety. I had to use vacation time to even be off today time that I'm not getting back bc they only deliver to Norfolk between the hours of 9am-2pm even though I'm only 20min from their location which makes no sense to me. How do you expect someone to be home during those hours the only time I could be home is if I take off because I guess it's a foreign concept that other people work those hours. Whoever the general manager who I spoke to over the phone this morning was supposed to call me back to see if my delivery could get scheduled for a different day already set up the delivery after I got off the 2 min call I had with her & didn't reach out to tell me. I had to call back & be put on hold to find out when it's getting delivered. Unprofessional won't shop from this location again only reason I'm not requesting a refund is because I got a good deal on the items otherwise I'd take my business elsewhere
