Parking is a massive disaster now. People who just moved in use their cars to take up multiple spaces. If there’s a spot to put 3 cars next to each other, these people park in the worst way so only they can park there. If you attempt to park next to them they will likely do something to your vehicle. Potholes are getting worse beyond repair. They won’t allow you to park in the grass, but you can park next to the dumpster that has broken glass everywhere! People who just moved in have no respect for people who’ve lived here for years now. Maintenance isn’t awful and neither is the landlord. Wish they would actually do something about this parking lot issue though

For years this was a nice place clean and quiet but now under the new owners it’s turning into a dump. Parking is a disaster. The apartments are situated between two businesses who don’t allow residents to park on their properties which is fine however the apartment parking consists of a miserable gravel parking lot in the back that can’t be marked off for spaces to park and so many people park however they want. On the side of the building is a paved “road” for parking that has giant craters in it and which floods constantly. Neither parking lots are enough for the residents. Guests take up precious space making residents have to either park in the grass and risk getting stuck or park in the other business lots and risk being towed or having their cars broken into. It’s a mess is a huge understatement. As far as getting maintenance and other things done it’s like pulling teeth tbh. The new owners clearly don’t care about the property and it’s easy to see they will do only what the law requires them to do but….on the first of the month… they sure are quick have their hand out for that rent! It’s still a quieter place compared to most apartments in the area but over all not nearly as nice a place as it once was and getting worse very quickly. One positive is the cops aren’t being called and people keep to themselves.
