Customer reviews
I was a little hesitant coming here by myself because I feel like women are easy targets when it comes to vehicles. Larry the manager at the Richmond Location made this the easiest process for me. I definitely recommend especially my ladies. It didn't take long at at all and all together it was a great experience for me.
I had an excellent experience working with Lomax. He has been extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process of helping me choose the right rims. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained the options clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality service and expertise—he truly goes above and beyond for his customers!
Amazing experience! Lomax customer service was exceptional from beginning to the end ! I called his location in the early morning and he was able to provide everything I was looking for ! I appreciate you for providing a great service
Lomax was a very helpful salesman. He gave me the hookup on some all chrome 20's because I really didn't want all black, and with their early payoff and no finance charge options, it's really a win win with their rims and wheels package deals.
