The staff was very understanding of my situation when I spoke with them over the phone. They let me know that I could wait in the lobby in case they had any cancellations and were able to fit me in. Once they took my vehicle back, they installed four new tires in less than an hour. The service was quick, professional, and greatly appreciated, especially since I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. They also have a really nice selection of wheels in stock. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tire service and a good selection of wheels.
I had a terrific experience at RNR Tire Express. I didn’t have an appointment, but Lisa was able to get me in immediately anyway. My tire was repaired quickly and free of charge. Lisa let me know that I would be needing to replace my tires in 3-6 months. I was already aware of this but there was no pressure to sell tire right away.

She never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She truly is an asset to the team. What really stood out was how personable and genuine she was. She kept it real with me and went above and beyond by giving me advice for driving on the beaches in the Outer Banks. She even gave me a tire deflator tool so I’d have what I needed to air down my tires before hitting the sand. That level of customer service is hard to find. The work they did on my truck—a leveling kit along with new wheels and tires—came out even better than I expected. The truck looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a shop that does great work and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend RNR Tire Express in Hampton. I’ll definitely be coming back for future business. I inquired about a lift kit inspection about 3 weeks ago. I discussed my concerns and was informed that the inspection is free. They’ll make recommendations after the test drive. I received a quote and had my service appointment two weeks later. Lisa was down-to-earth and straightforward. I’ll return for any modifications.
