After going to a few shops feeling frustrated, I felt to give it one more shot and found Rim Tyme. I called and got Ronnie on the phone and he was very much like myself in the fact that he immediately invited me right down to see things in person versus trying to get lost online. I came down to the store and Ronnie impressed the socks off of me with how helpful and creative he was. He stopped what he was doing when I got there and was totally going out of his way to help me achieve details. Basically building my dream even cooler. Details I didn't even know I could get from rims. I didn't have a lot of options because of my vehicle, however I found the ones I was actually hoping to do which looked like my hubcaps but as rims. Thank you Ronnie for suggesting painting of my calipers and the factory color of my vehicle and Scion logo center caps which are coming soon. Being a very creative person, that was a huge impression that not only did he suggest something I didn't know to ask about, but offered customized choices that made me completely thrilled! Demetrius helped a lot too with coordinating the purchase after Ronnie helped me set up what I was chasing and scheduling and follow up. I love how those two work together and the quality and consistency of both of their professionalism and personalities are outstanding! It's refreshing to find a company who puts the customer first and builds a realistic expectation of what you're going to get. Ronnie went out of his way to find photos of things relative to my purchase and really helped bring it home with the visual tools. Fast forward to them coming in. It was seamless to drop off and efficiently installed in just a few hours. Having such a small car wanting a huge personality they nailed it out of the park for me! I will be telling everyone. This is the first stop to make and no need to shop around. These guys make an amazing team. I almost forgot to mention I met the guys who put them on for me and again down to earth family like fellas. Everybody is awesome! I'm looking forward to getting my tires rotated and continuing to hang out with these guys as they help me during the future of my purchase maintaining them. Thanks for making a difference! Excellent service at RimTyme! Went to them with an issue with my new wheels and spacers for my M340i. They had it fixed the same day, and it didn't break the bank. Ronnie and his team are true experts and enthusiasts as well. Overall experience was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend, and will definitely visit again.

RimTyme went above and beyond for me. I had a broken lug nut stuck on my tire and multiple dealerships in Virginia couldn’t figure it out. RimTyme handled it with no confusion and got it done quickly. Everyone was super polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. On top of that, I mentioned I had a cracked rim in my trunk that I was planning to get welded, and they even offered to help with that as well. That was definitely beyond my expectations. If I ever need anything rim or tire related, this will be the only place I go. Great people and great service.

Out of all the shops I went this place is the best. Ronnie is amazing and so are the whole team. I got my coils installed, my side skirts and Rally Armor mud flaps. They work so hard and I give this review because when you walk in they treat you like family.
