RAW Wheels + Tires

When i got my rims and tires everything was great, payments made weekly no problems. When I was approaching to was I thought was the final weeks of my payment plan, I remember going into the store to see what they hqd because I wanted to change my wheels up to something different. Looked at a few options and the young gentleman confirmed when my last payment would be. Even a week or so before I reached to what I thought would be my last the store called and told if I was interested in an trade in to upgrade to different rims, I said I wanted to wait for the last payment to go through, because I wanted to get new rims and give mine to my wife because they would fit her car perfectly. So fast forward about a week after what I thought was my last payment I went in with the intention of upgrading and going bigger, and was working out details as to what I would have to do to make it happen. I was ready to invest in a slight lift kit to level out my car so that I can go bigger on the wheels. I was even going to buy a 5th wheel of the rims I currently have so that I can put them on my wife's car and she would have a matching spare wheel, and I was going to continue buying through RAW and get another set of bigger more expensive rims for my ride. Well that's when I get the surprise that apparently after the last scheduled payment is made there is usually a small balance left to pay on the rims, the contract doesn't specifically outline that but says in a broader terms what will have to be paid buy the date on contract. The several times I spoke with the store about my account asking about last dates and payment, NOT ONCE was it mentioned to me. And after being rudely told by Ana that I should've read the contract repeatedly, while I continued to ask where does it say about the end balance or a schedule of it that is left at the end. And as said earlier on a few other reviews the contracts have very unclear terms. I asked repeatedly how much was the final balance of my account after the last payment and she said she didn't know and there was nothing she could about it, while speaking in a very condescending tone to me , like, how dare I as the customer be upset that have continue to pay another $2100.00 on top of the over $3000 i had already paid. because I didn't know about the small remaining balance that has to be cleared off at the end of my 6 month term, then it automatically goes to a long term finance and had another $2100 tacked on to my finance agreement. What upsets me is that the numerous times I went prior to the blowout with Ana when I asked and inquired with other employees about my contact and what was owed, someone could've said something. But I guess its planned ignorance on the finance department to forget to mention that. After the disrespectful exchange I received from Ana she tried backtracking her attitude saying how much she appreciates the customers and what it means to serve them. Like thanks you spit in my face, say deal with it and then thank me for dealing with it. I will continue to finish off the long term finance agreement I was surprised with and most likely not deal with them again. And I had such high hopes of doing more business with my ride and RAW.
