Customer reviews
Dalton services was very professional and courteous. I will recommend them for rims and tires.
A few years ago, I stopped to check out he runs out at this location, bc of wanted to swap out my rims. I don’t remember this guy‘s name, but he had on sandals with ashy feet and long ugly toe nails. He has the nerve to tell me that my red hat didn’t match my outfit🤔it was as funny bc I always match! But most importantly, he had the nerve to talk about matching when he’s at a place of business with crusty feet and needing my business. Then when I declined, he got offended. 😂Yo! Can’t make this up!! I’m surprised they’re still in business. Gotta be some shady business practices keeping them on feet. I’m sorry for those who had issues with these ppl. If they commit fraud against you, suing is ALWAYS on the table. NEVA forget that!..💯💯💪🏾
Paid $500 cash for 4 wheels from the Bissonet store, it didn't fit, came back for an exchange or a refund; they refused either. I dumped wheels with them, returned severally but no refunds. I went again yesterday & they claimed it just required a bolt to fit right, I took it the vulcanizer & he said it was impossible to fit; wrong wheels!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, THEY'RE FRAUDSTERS. I will seek redress for my money.
I bought rims and tires for 1200 cash 10/4l3/25 at the bissonnett location. I drove home and my tire sensors stopped working. And my tires were shaking once I got to 60 mph on the freeway. Brought my car back and basically was told the programmed the sensors on there machine but the car is not receiving the signal. Now the sensors were there sensors I was given for free. They would not accept their sensors were faulty and told me they could not do anything about it. Wanted to charge me 100 to take the sensors off my factory wheels to place on the rims. After arguing and the tech guy getting loud and being rude to the customer. They decided to change the sensors for free. Long story short I just decided to pay 150 package for the sensors and guess what they worked. I asked why my car was still shaking and was told it was my wheel bearings. I went to discount tire for a second opinion and rent a tire did not balance the tires nór did they place a ring on the hub of the tire because the rims are after market rims. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY AT THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING/AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. MY CAR WAS I need help yall I don't know what to do my husband called and said there was a search and that a Sargent Jacob's claimed she found a book with a roach in it and said she's pinning it on him because it was in his area he pleaded with her and explained it wasn't his and that for her to drug test him she refused and said that his responsible for it because it was in his area ! What can I do to fight this and will he be charged they said they were moving him to G4 tomorrow?! Any Advice this is at middleton unit! 2016 CHEVY MALIBU. YOU WOULD NE BETTER OFF GOING
