Customer reviews
I went to RAW WHEELS and TIRES on Southmore and dealt with LUIS. Perfect customer service. I called first to see if they had what I needed and they did. I showed up and he took care of me with now problems. I was in and out the door with in 20 minutes. I will be going back and dealing with LUIS
I had an amazing experience thanks to Mr. Joe at Rent- A-Wheel! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was patient , knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood all our options. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made the difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants the best for them. It's rare to find customer service like this nowadays Mr. Joe is a true asset to the company. If you need wheels or tires, ask for Joe. You won't regret it! Thank you again, Mr. Joe, for your excellent service.
I had a rough day with a major accident but Joe & R Absolutely did and incredible job on taking care of me with my dream set of wheels at a very affordable price! I believe they deserve more than a promotion for their great efforts and amazing customer service making the whole process smooth, clear and simple. They’re now my main shop and I highly recommend it
We called and spoke with Edwin, he got us in same day. The customer service was above and beyond! Joe is amazing and so polite. He listens to what you like and helps you get it. Also dealt with our millions of questions and price checks and got me a great price. Thank you guys!!!!
My wife and i came here to finance wheels and tires and let me tell you, this has been the worst experience I've had as far as "customer care", payments and straight up honesty. Hector the employee at this location (5617 Bellaire Blvd.) Is the most dishonest, unprofessional person in that store... I will never recommend business here. He also got us the wrong wheels. He specifically told us it will be 5 lugs and they are universal.... The paint is coming off after ONE NIGHT!!! No curb rash, just paint coming off... And supposedly they were "brand new" but they were already up on display when i got there and i haven't seen the box they came in. He just gave us the rims like that...
