I got there at 2pm and waited almost 4 hours from start to finish and there were only two people ahead of me when I got there. I priced the tires online and they run about 220 dollars each. They charged me 425 for each tire. Tires are great put on correctly but way overpriced then they tell at the end well those 100 dollar every two week payments we told we had for you aren't actually that, we need 161 every two weeks to pay it off In 6 months or Interest starts stacking on the already over priced tires. I would have had better luck buying all four off Amazon.com and putting them on myself. Needed tires pretty bad and they knew that. Lesson learned.
My company has been a longtime customer of RnR, and the service has always been great with quick turnaround times. But today I experienced an extremely rude gentleman at the counter who obviously did not understand how to treat people well. My intention in this review is not to badmouth the company, but simply to solicit a response from management or ownership. I would very much like to speak to someone about this issue so we can continue to bring a lot of business to the company.
From the moment I walked in, the entire experience felt completely different from what you’d expect at a typical shop. We laughed, shared jokes, and they genuinely turned my whole day around while helping me find a budget-friendly solution. It honestly felt more like stopping by to hang out with friends than going through a sales transaction and that kind of energy is rare. Matt Buresh is doing a phenomenal job creating an environment that’s down-to-earth, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can tell he truly cares about both his team and the customers walking through the door. Dustin and Tanner were just as impressive. Their camaraderie, teamwork, and support for one another didn’t go unnoticed and made the entire experience even better. Not only did I feel taken care of, but I also felt heard and respected throughout the process. That level of service builds real trust, and it’s the reason I’ll absolutely be coming back to get my brakes and rotors done here as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest service, great people, and an experience that actually leaves you in a better mood than when you arrived.
Came to get some wheels and the guy that helped us was amazing. His name is Matt he went above and beyond to help us get the wheels we wanted. If you’re in need of tires or looking for some new rims, come see Matt. He will definitely help you get what you want.
RNR tires saved the day! I now my car has 4 all weather tires (a must have in Oklahoma), much safer to drive and with the spot on alignment my car handles, rides like a dream, What a blessing!
