Customer reviews
Told me only appointment is at 9am I show up doors closed till 9:10 then worker (Tyler) already didn’t want to do it you could tell by body language then saying the sensors won’t fit on my 205/50/15 tires even tho I showed him a picture of my friends car on that same rack but he proceeded to drive car half way up ramp stalling engine 3x (manual transmission) asked if he could feather gas maybe and he (Tyler) got mad I was “telling him how to work” and “telling him about HIS machine” sir I just want to get The work I came for done thank you Tyler Williams for your attitude and great service
Started out good and then within a week tire payment never came out like it was supposed to then blamed me saying it got denied when I know damn well it didn’t. The “autopay” is done by a person manually instead of an actual automatic system. Old man that works up there is very rude.

Great customer service, was a bit of a wait which I can completely understand. I wasn’t very clear on how things worked but the lady explained everything to me before I left. Another bill but I’m thankful to have tires to get back and forth and 6 months same as cash you can’t get that at most places I filled everything out online and sent them forms online so when I showed up everything was ready to go. Over All I’m very happy the way things went and turned out..
Very friendly, made an appointment at 3 got here at 2:30 and they were still able to get me in before my appointment. They have kids toys incase mothers (like me) have kids with them and don’t have an option. Nice staff not pushy on sales.
