I had purchased four brand new tires the alignment was also messed up they told me the a bolt was seized and they had to blow torch it off. I went back three times within a week until they finally told me I had bent rims the only issue is I didn't have bent rims before I went there?!? I just read about another customer having a similar issue. Did you seem like they're trying to improve customer service but yet at the same time denying all liability. Lol 😆 Go literally anywhere else......
I've been to RNR in Marion twice and both times have had excellent service. My most recent was 7/16/26 and, despite being short staffed, they had my alignment done much sooner than expected, and everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back!
Best wheel/tire shop I’ve ever been to. Great experience! The customer service, and general experience was terrific. Go here. I have a weird tire and wheel setup that no one else in town could tackle. They solved my vibration problems with flying colors. Their road force balance test and alignment machine is unbeatable. Other shops refused me due to wheel spacers, for them it was not a problem.
I went here for a flat tire. I recently had it patched but it was leaking again, so I took it here to get it checked out. Their waiting room was nice and kept my 2 little ones occupied during my 2 hour wait. Staff were helpful, but didn't inspect my tire very well. They told me I needed a new tire and didn't have the right size in stock, so sent me to the Delaware location as they did have the right size tire in stock. At the Delaware location, I was disappointed to discover that I didn't need a new tire, and had my tire been inspected properly, they would've realized that at the Marion location. Likely will not go here again.
Great place to finance tires! Been a customer for many years now! Many tire and rim options! Lot of warranty stuff as well! Always great working with Chris - detail oriented, sticks to his word, if you’re not seeing an option you like he’ll find what you’re looking for!
