Excellent experience, fair price and fast! Russell, the GM, truly cares about the customer experience, his team and the business. Brandon was attentive and helpful in assisting me with the purchase of 4 new tires. Will definitely recommend RNR to friends and family, and will always use them for my future tire needs.
I was very impressed with the customer service here! I was sent to this RNR location to get a replacement tire after initially visiting the Marion location and being told they couldn't fix my flat. After careful inspection, the staff at this location discovered the tire didn't need replaced, and instead patched my tire, changed the valve, and cleaned the rim. The manager of the store was amazing! He was honest and straightforward, and told me "There's a lot of sleazy salesman out there trying to make a quick buck. Im not one of them. We're all neighbors and that's how I try to act" I wasn't charged for any services, and told that if I did need a new tire to come back and they'd get me the best price on one. I'm so thankful for the integrity and honesty shown here. Will definitely come again!
Deceptive practices has lost RNR a customer. I trusted this business to purchase and install tires on my vehicle. Everytime I've had tires installed on my vehicles, the shop has done an alignment. I repeatedly asked for install, balance and alignment while quoting the job. I even mentioned while paying for the service that I was impressed with the price for the services provided. I specifically mentioned to the staff that RNR was cheaper than other businesses that included balance and alignment. Not once during this entire transaction did they mention that their alignment machine was down. Not even after I paid and walked out the door did they say anything about an alignment not being performed. It was until I was driving to work that I noticed my steering wheel was off. I called the business and asked if they had performed the alignment. Then they apologized and came clean. They suggested I take it to another business around the corner. Will not be doing business again with RNR. Buyer beware.
This place goes above and beyond great customer service. Super knowledgeable , give you the absolute best price and had me n and out super fast. Russel the GM & Corey are top notch. In a world that’s has lost true customer service , these gentlemen proved to me that people still do care and exceed expectations. Will highly recommend visiting them , and they will be my 1 stop tire shop from now on. They were hundreds less than anyone around. Thank you !!!
