Great experience here at Carson City RNR. Bought 4 new tires this past January, noticed I had a small leak in one of my back tires this past week and they were able to get me right in when I called! Got my issue fixed with zero complaints, Marcos was friendly and helpful though the process. My tire was covered with warranty and fixed super fast! Highly recommend.
The service was very fast, the fellas there were very friendly. I had a tire (puncture) repair w/ balance and also 3 other (barely used) tires balanced, and mounted onto my Subaru. Very professional job, and the price seemed very generous. I recommend and I will definitely be back! 👍
I brought my car in for new tires and brake pads, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and had the work done faster than expected. My car drives like new again! Thank you Sonia and Jeremy.
THEY STOLE FROM US AND DAMAGED OUR PROPERTY OUT OF SPITE, AND WE ARE OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS 😡😡😡 If I could give 0 stars I would. This shop destroyed one of my husband’s wheels when I went back and asked them to fix a mistake they made. The tires I brought in had 2 different sidewall tread patterns, so when I dropped off the truck I asked that the aggressive tread face outward. They only did this on the front tires and not the back. When I brought it back to be fixed, they destroyed a wheel and stole my lug nut socket. I am positive that they did this on purpose because the wheels and lug nut socket were in tact when I got it back the first time. I should have known they would retaliate by the way Chris the shop manager treated me from the moment I came back in with the truck. I am out hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace this wheel and my lug nut socket, not to mention the time and cost to have it redone by someone more competent. It is also worth noting that when I came to pick up my truck the first time, it had been sitting in front with the windows down and key on the center console for 2 hours. Please do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it! I attached pictures of the receipt and damage to the wheel.
HORRIBLE WORK/SERVICE!!!! I brought my SUV in to R&R in Carson city in early July. I needed an alignment performed, as well as a front suspension “camber kit” to correct the excessive positive camber due to the recent lift I had installed….. I was given an appointment for Monday at 9:00am. I show up at 8:45am and I’m told they “don’t” have the camber kit…… on the phone making the appointment I was told he will have it at my 9:00am appointment….. I then have to make a new appointment for Wednesday at 9:00 am. I show up at 8:45am. They “open” for business at 9:00am and the bay doors and front doors weren’t even open until 10 after…… Red flag # 1 Long story short, I waited for this work to be completed from 9:10am to 5:00pm!!!! 8 hrs!!!! For an ALIGNMENT and a CAMBER KIT! $700+!!!!!!!!! The lack of knowledge and ability to perform the work was ASTOUNDING!! Now I am very mechanically inclined, but decided to Let the “pros “ handle it……..these cats are NO BETTER than jiffy lube…… I don’t know WHERE the get these “employees “ SOOO far from “pros” OR “mechanics “ FINALLY the job got done…… Fast forward to today (8/1/2025) Making a u turn the camber kit shifted and threw the alignment wayyyy off. I went in right away due to this being a safety issue as well as towing trailers and shuttling children around. Citing my concerns, I was told they are backed up and wouldn’t be able to get it in today…… After a conversation with Andrew he said to come back at 4:30pm to get it on the rack………. Currently it is 5:30pm and my truck JUST got pulled in!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I be giving my money to ANY R&R tire express……. Lesson learned, shop LOCAL! Go see Glenn at HOOTEN tires or HUGO at TIRE KING!!!
