They did a fantastic job with my car! Phillip & the other associates were very helpful, friendly & honest. I would recommend anybody who needs rims or wheels. They also have multiple payment plan options! Phenomenal experience!!
Excellent service, friendly staff exemplify what a store should be representing in a community. My friend bought his Rims there and he was so impressed with the service that he referred me and hands-down. It’s a 10 out of 10 the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful Phil went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I’m definitely recommending all my friends and family. I’ll be back next month with the other car for Rims keep up the good job Rims time.
I recently visited Rimtyme Custom Wheels & Tires and had a great experience! Leon and Phil were both very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They really took the time to help me pick out the perfect set of wheels for my new car, making sure everything matched my style and budget. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for quality wheels and great service, I definitely recommend checking them out!
Excellent service. The manager and the staff were very helpful. I lost the locks to my rims and was dealing with a flat. They were extremely helpful and assisting me to get my tire changed. Considering this was an emergency to me, I appreciate the response and the customer service. I'd definitely do business with them again!!
Great service. Gereral Manager, Trey & his team were professional. I was given a fair & discounted price on my new Black rims & 22inch tires. Trey was helpful in explaining all applicable warranty and maintenance for the new wheels & rims. I could not be happier with my wheel & rims purchase and the service. I removed the 19inch alloy factory's wheels. What a nice & Classy difference. Thank you all.
