This is the second time I've had to go to the shop and the friendliness of the staff was amazing so yesterday I went again regarding brake lights being out after I went to AutoZone who had me so confused I thought I needed to put the brake lights in my eyeballs I was so confused with what the guy was saying but when I went to King's tires I met with a really nice guy called Fendi as in Yves Saint Laurent he was so nice he fixed my car it was so easy not as complicated as the other guy had explained to me I mean how do you know that your brake lights are out in the back unless someone tells you and I was just terrified of being pulled over even though I don't have any reason to be terrified I also need my back brakes done and they recommended me to a really good guy a little bit further down on OBT but I just wanted to thank Fendi for his kindness he's friendship even he shared one of his special drinks with me yesterday and I could have talked to him all day long he was the nicest person I've met in a long time and I hope to visit your shop in the future again thanks again for all your help Fendi you really did get me out of a bind yesterday regards Ryan
I pulled in 8 minutes before business open because it was Friday and I know I needed another tire bad. So I go in and meet Rafael. He was my Angel for the day. I asked him how to qualify for the special and to be able to make payments. So I did qualify to make the monthly payments with their qualifications, the price was great for 3 tires AND I got my alignment that I need for the rear. The front was okay. He asked me if I could do one month's payment that morning which I absolutely could not. So he asked me if I had half which I could do and then just make the regular payments and be done in 3 months. He had to order the tires that morning and set my appointment for 4:00 p.m. . I was on my way early at 3:00 when I received a call which he was telling me to come on in even before the 4:00 appointment. Got there and he took my keys and told me he got me. The waiting area is clean and had bottles of water; of course it was hot out. It took all of 45 minutes, signed my paperwork, have road side assistance and will own my tires in 3 months; if not sooner. If you can buy your tires right out, I am happy for you. However I was not able to at this time and was fortunate for their Program. Thank You Rafael for being very professional and understanding. Thank You RNR Tire. Tahara ♥️

I have been with these guys gor almost 2 years now! Just got the car some new shoes! This is a must go to place for tires and rims! Raphael is an awesome person through and through. Great customer service, and will let you know the facts about your car and tires!
