Customer reviews
Great experience... And that says a lot for an unexpected tire shop visit that I did NOT plan to make on my vacation. I received exceptional customer service from a team that was very knowledgeable, professional, and provided timely, thorough, and reasonably priced service for a walk-in, even though they were busy. Thanks & keep up the great Ruth. Alex (Alexander) is the best!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing experience from start to finish! David at the front was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we got the perfect tires for our truck. He made the entire process easy and stress free. A huge shoutout to Frank as well! He did an outstanding job installing all four tires. He treated our truck with care, kept everything spotless, and worked so cleanly that you would never have known anyone had even been inside. That level of professionalism really stood out. The entire facility was clean, well organized, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service all around. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend RNR Tire Express on W Colonial Dr!
David and Frank were amazing!!! They truly care about the customers needs. RNR Tire Express should have been my ONLY stop when I was shopping for price quotes for my tire. I would have saved alot of time!! David was very knowledgeable of the tire I needed and how soon I could possibly have the tire placed on my vehicle. I had concerns of the distance I would have to travel considering I was from out of town. David immediately contacted a local RNR in my hometown, placed the order for my installment as well as the time frame I would need the appointment for, and not to forget about the pricing!! He explained to me RNR’s pricing and payment options! NICE!!! David was professional and he had an amazing sense of humor!! Considering it was on a Monday morning, his personality was off the charts!! I wish he was in every place of business!!!! Thank you David for all you have done to assist me in my safe travels to the RNR in my hometown. You truly rock!!! I appreciate you!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
