I called Rent-A-Center and I play online. Would take took money off my card and said that was approved to Rent but when I called they said I wasn’t approved. I was a level four. Honestly, I was just looking somewhere else to look for a TV. Cause I really Rent rent from Aaron’s And I’ve been written from them for almost 9 years. And had paid off all my rental. And I thought that maybe I’ll go somewhere else this time, but I didn’t think you run into Rent-A-Center after they approve you and took money off your card then you’ll be denied for a level four. Where I felt the same application 10 years ago with Aaron’s And I I was approved right away and Ben with them. I guess I’ll go back to where I was approve it because Rent-A-Center is a joke and I need to put my money back on my card.
The absolute worst customer service of any rental place I have used. I should have known when delivery was a complete disaster. I strongly suggest Easy Rent if you are looking to rent to own anything.
The customer service here is pretty bad. Can't get anyone to respond. I had a good deal on some items, and I was trying to order something, but they waited until the deal was over before they responded. Then when you tell them the situation, they get pretty rude with you like it's your fault they can't respond in a timely manner. Just poor customer service here.

Never never never do business with this place! Lady who I worked with was the rudest sales person I’ve ever dealt with! She would not give me my payment amount to have things paid off only told me I needed to pay more than the number she told me every week. When they delivered my washer and dryer they gave me a used set which normally isn’t a problem but this set had a dryer with a short! Almost caught my home on fire!!!! When I called and told the lady about this she was very very rude. Instead of just taking my dryer to repair it they took both washer and dryer and told me that there wasn’t any other option for me for 6 more weeks!!!! (Even though the day before when I had picked my washer and dryer there were many other options) So all in all they’re rude, won’t be straight forward about pricing and sell pre-rented stuff that they don’t ensure is safe before reselling!!!! Go anywhere but here!!!!!
Had a 5 star till now. Had a situation with finances and I work nights so I sleep during the day. Only 2 weeks behind and they're knocking on the door for their stuff. I could understand if it was super late but good grief 2 weeks.
I wouldn't even give 1 star. Been waiting on them to come pick up furniture. This is second day. They said they were around corner and never showed up. So tomorrow will be 3 days can't take off work anymore. It took 3 weeks to even get the whole sectional. Don't do business with them. They have poor customer service skills.
