After moving to Waxahachie, I reached out and was so pleased to be greeted with the same level of professionalism, compassion, and commitment to excellent customer service. I want to give a huge shout-out to Mrs Ruth and Miss Alexis at the Waxahachie location. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. Mrs Ruth was especially amazing — she was very informative, extremely patient, and genuinely kind. She took her time answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed (and we all know how we can be when we shop 😊). I was greeted with professionalism except crystal was working hard without AC in the Waxahachie. I was approved and in and out of the store quick with a beautiful kitchen table it was delivered today and EJ and Josh was professional and quick and answered all questions I had. They need a bonus. Then I got a text message from the manager named Ruth and she helped me get a washer and dryer I wanted and boom just like that I got it and it will be here Monday. I want to thank everyone there for helping me make my home complete
