If I could give 6 stars I totally would!! Miss Nicole Ibarra was so wonderful helping me get a PS5! I can't thank her enough for her amazing management skills and customer service! I will be recommending everyone I know to come to this location purely on the basis that Miss Nicole was so wonderful with everything! We need more people like her in this world!

Ordered a living room set against my better judgment. On the site it says in stock and can be delivered within 3 days. I paid the first payment and set everything up. I get a text at 10:30 that night saying it will take 6-8 weeks for delivery and would I like a different, more expensive set. I declined. They said another store had the original set in stock and they could get that set up but I would need to pay the first payment again and then call the store in the morning for refund of my original payment. At this point if was too much hassle so I said just cancel it all together. I was told they could only start new or modify but couldn't cancel. I called the store when they owned and they claimed they had no record of my order or my payment. I gave them the order number and sent screenshots of my bank account showing the processed payment. I ended up having to file a charge back to get my money back. Found a set at NFM, better quality and MUCH lower overall payments.

The Manager/GM/Whomever she believes her title here is for a “one star word” difficult. She tries to use a big word as in animosity and doesn’t know how to use it correctly. She gets offended if you ask her a question that she doesn’t know the answer to. She will ask you the same questions multiple times even though you given her the answer she was looking for. She is not bright nor astute. Maybe some of the things in the other reviews would get accomplished if their was a better Manager/GM at that location. She was correct on one thing…they may have good customers but there is no good management. What a shame.

Been a customer over 30 years, after this item is paid off ---- never ever again. We will do without before ever using rac again. Funny I didn't gripe in the beginning of contract about dents put in fridge when moving it in ( yes I told Nicole--but told her I didn't want to worry about it because ive always had a good relationship with customer service) but sure gripe over a 4 day late payment. You have to know which customers will run & know I'm not. Been at the same place over 14 years, always communicate. Save yourself the greif & save for an emergency. Definitely don't rent unnecessary items!!! Tvs& such. Prey on people who don't have credit or just not enough credit. Never ever again!!!!!! I believe this is the first negative review on anything I've ever left.

It was great. But boy when you miss a payment after making payments for over a year, y'all were giving me a hard time about giving me a break when I lost my job. It would have been great if y'all gave me a grace period. Not sure if I ever would do business here again.
