Ashley is the reason customer service should be considered an Olympic sport. From the moment I walked into Aaron’s, she treated me like a VIP. She answered every question before I even thought to ask it, somehow made paperwork feel effortless, and turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had. Ashley went above and beyond in every possible way—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. If Aaron’s could clone her, every store in the country would have a waiting list of happy customers. She didn’t just earn a 5-star review; she redefined what 5 stars means. I do NOT recommend this company. They harass there customers!!! Unfortunately I've made the mistake of trying to use them a second time with the same result. They blow my phone up while I'm at work. I get paid twice a month and if the pay day falls on a holiday or a week end it takes a couple day to hit my account. I've explained this to them numerous times. Today they decide to pop by my house with my sitter and tell her my personal acc business. My account is due on the 16th and I'm not behind please explain to me how this is professional. I highly recommend going somewhere else I will not trust them with my business again.

This store has called me almost TEN TIMES over the last few days to start a new lease with them. This is the second time they’ve harassed me, the first time was about an over due lease that did not belong to me simply because the person didn’t update their address, they showed up at my home MULTIPLE times even after I clarified I had no idea who that person was and they hadn’t lived at that address for at least a year since I moved in. How this location is still in business is beyond me.
