You have to call customer service to fix any of the problems the in store people cause. You will buy a bundle and they don’t give it to you. They give you a used pos system that’s full of hair and whatever else. And will not do a thing to fix the situation. Guess they prefer you go to Aaron’s. You can’t advertise something and not provide it. I tried to work with the store that. Your DM is calling me to resolve the issue so thanks for making me have to do all that to simply get what I ordered and now have to pay for.

Everyone at this location in Sherman has been extremely easy to work with. Kind and considerate and helped me find what I was looking for. The employees and management have always been patient and friendly. Easy to work with. Easier to do business with.

When Calvin was in charge of this store this review would have been 5 stars but once Corey took over things went downhill fast. Corey is great but his staff is incompetent and plain rude. I have had issues with payment for months! We have paid on time monthly for 2 years yet they have started taking payments out way ahead of time and blowing up my phone starting on the 14th of every month when my bill is not due til the 21st. The older woman in the front when my husband went in to talk about the payments being jacked up started banging remotes on the table and saying if we don’t like it they will just send a truck out today to pick up our stuff when they have already taken this months payment. This store is outrageous and needs to be completely cleaned out from the staff and try again. Calvin would be so disappointed.

Originally I had got a washer, tv, TV stand from them and paid close to 5K . I was not able to make a payment FOR 13 DAYS AND was planning on paying up my balance within three days of them coming to get everything. I ended up deciding to get a washer and dryer from Aarons instead. Which I have had 0 problems with them. I got another tv from rent a center and when the employee dropped it off he never checked to see if it worked. I went to plug it in and it was broken! I let the store know they said they had a new tv for me. They tried to deliver the tv when I was not home. Then I never heard about getting another one. I kept receiving phone calls and text about missed payments but never when they planned to give me a working tv. Finally the district manager got ahold of me and rectified the situation. I paid my initial payment. I recently had a change in job and got my first pay check which was not a full pay check. I let rent a center know that I was going to pay my balance Monday and their response was "you missed your first payment. we can not wait till Monday. We have to schedule a return." SO YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME I SAT WITH A BROKEN TV FOR MONTHS BEFORE YOU GUYS CAME TO GET IT AND NOW I TELL YOU I AM GOING TO BE A FEW DAYS LATE.....NOW YOU WANT TO COME GET IT SO QUICK. I HAVE PUT SO MUCH MONEY INTO THIS PLACE FOR THEM TO TREAT ME SO POORLY. I AM TO THE POINT WHERE I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE TV AND DEAL WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME WHEN I NEED IT. I HAVE 1300$ IN RENTAL CREDIT THAT I WAS NOT EVEN ABLE TO APPLY TO THE TV BECAUSE IT WAS BRAND NEW. LIKE SERIOUSLY THEY ARE SO RUDE TO ME.
