This is in regards to Mack in Sherman, Texas, first off. You got the store manager that thinks he can talk anyway to anybody and then turn around, they send you a text message, wanting the last 4 of your card number and ACB C code and You call over there and say something to him. He wants to get all hot and bothered. He doesn't want to release any of the franchise information, because they're in bankruptcy. That tells me a lot. They've been in bankruptcy and then you think you're going to talk to me the way you do I think the better business barrel is going to have fun with these guys about way they want to sit there and talk to people, but then he sits there and says, I didn't give your permission. To record You\nAint gotta get permission for me to record.So Matthew, you need to start learning how to be a manager and , Dylan being assistant, okay.\nYou guys don't know how toyou guys don't know how to communicate. That's why the stores aint doing very good. You guys think you can run your mouse to customers, but then you don't like it when customers fire right back. So this is the way it's going to go, I'm going to be in to make payments and from what this attorney told me. Always have my body camera that way.It records everything coming in , so you have a good day

I would not go anywhere else to get better service than I do with these guys!! Matt is theost wonderful sales manager there is! 100% would recommend Mac Sales and Leasing to everyone!! 🤗

The managers Matt and Richard are amazing!!! They work soo well with you and go above and beyond!! Definitely why I only use buddy’s !!! The team employs are great to when they come out and deliver and fix stuff !!! Thank y’all all for y’all’s time and effort !!!

This place is amazing. Been dealing with the company for close to five years now. Started with Wes the store manager in Durant,OK to Mathew in Sherman,TX. Amazing people. Great customer service. My refrigerator,sectional,bed,and washer and dryer I own now. Paid off on all. Still working and in great shape still to this day. Definitely hands down great place to buy from.
