If you ever want great service. Go talk to Mike or Keith at Aaron's Denison. They're awesome. I don't have a car. So I couldn't go up there to look. I was telling them kinda of what I wanted. They delivered what they got from my description and I couldn't have been happier. If you're renting from anywhere else stop. Go to Aaron's in Sherman They're the best

As a former associate from 2024 and current customer, I know customers can be taken off EZPay and payments can be manually run over the phone. The Sherman, TX location has repeatedly told me that EZPay is required and customers cannot be taken off EZPay... Which means if your paycheck is less than usual, or you got fired/started a new job, your card will be over drafted since they won't let you be taken off EZPay and they have expressed zero remorse when that happened to me. I highly regret leasing from here, will never lease from here again, and do not recommend anyone leasing from the Sherman, TX location.

Was a customer for 9 years. I got almost 3 mo behind i owed less than 500 on a stove I paid over 2,000 on an a TV I owed 150 bucks on. They come got it was a disgusting mess. Very disappointed very pist off an will NEVER rent from them again an will never tell anyone to go there EVER. Paid them almost 600 a month for all those years. I hope they go out of business. This kinda crap is just to get the poor poorer they don't help you . I live off disability allllll the money I paid them an allllllllll the other things I've paid off. They make me sick. I hope they go bankrupt. DO NOT GO TO THE SHERMAN STORE. SORRY AS HELL

Customer service at this particular store is terrible, I had to called them multiple times to set up a delivery date to receive my online order, which I still haven't received. But I bet when it's time to make a payment they will be punctual. This is why most people in the area are hesitant about leasing from them. Only 2 miles away from the store, everything has processed..but tried to set up a "express delivery" later this week. New management is needed ASAP
