Rented a uhaul from a different location last week. Needed one this week and they refused me for technical bs w my license. Clearly a valid license with multiple forms of i.d. but I guess employee didn't want to do the contract, easier to send customer away

Best experience ever with renting a u-haul. Kate was amazing at getting everything together for me. I literally walked in there and she had my rental completely ready to go. I may have spent 5min completing the documentation and I was on the road. I've rented many U-Hauls in my past, and nothing comes close to this experience. ET rentals and U-Hauls is #1 guys.

We were looking for U-Haul car hauler And ET Rentals was the only place that had one. In fact they had 3. Others say they are U-Haul rental places but only have 1, 12ft box trailer and that is it. Dont waste your time calling other places ET's has what you need for a moving stuff. Thanks again for helping us out!
